How to choose the correct size of your Fitness Leggings:

Using a tape measure, find out the circumference of your waist at the height you usually wear your pants, and the circumference of your hips.

Compare your measurement to the chart below. If you want a really tight fit, go for a smaller size than what the chart indicates.

If your measurement fall between two sizes, select the smaller one for a tighter fit or the larger one for a more relaxed fit.

In case your waist and hips size fall in different sizes, your choice needs to be made first according to your hips size and then take under consideration your waist.
