Order Processing

 

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

 

 

Shipping Destinations

 

  • We ship to Greece, the EU, and selected international destinations.

  • Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout.

 

 

Delivery Time

 

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and courier:

 

  • Greece: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

 

Anthrax Sportswear is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

 

 

Shipping Costs

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

  • Any applicable free-shipping offers are shown automatically at checkout.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

Order Tracking

 

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery using the tracking number provided.

 

 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

 

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

 

Return Window

 

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

  • Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

 

 

Eligible Items

 

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration

 

Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

  • Socks (classified as underwear and non-returnable for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

 

 

Return Procedure

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Return the item using a trackable shipping method.

 

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

Exchanges

 

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
