The Greek National ITF Taekwon-Do polo t-shirt is suitable for running, sports & casual everyday use. Regular fit for a comfortable range of motion and a zip on the collar.

Does not require ironing.

To find out your size start with an existing t-shirt that fits you well. Lay it down on a flat surface and, using a tape measure, make the measurement as indicated in the diagram below.

If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
